nt activist Shahin Fazli was arrested at his house in Tabriz and was released on bail after 95 days of detainment.
According to the Human Rights House of Iran, he was sentenced to 6 months in prison by collabeartng with anti-regime groups and anti-regime propaganda.
On Monday, he appeared at Tabriz Court to begin serving his sentence.

شاهین فضلی فعال دانشجویی در تاریخ دوازده بهمن سال ۸۸ در منزل شخصی خود در تبریز دستگیر شده بود و پس از تحمل نود و پنج روز بازداشت، در تاریخ هفده فروردین سال ۱۳۸۹ با صدور قرار وثیقهی پنجاه میلیون تومانی از زندان تبریز آزاد شده بود
به گزارش «خانه حقوق بشر ایران» پس از آن دادگاه انقلاب تبریز پس از طی مراحل داددرسی و تجدیدنظر، وی را با اتهام همکاری با گروههای مخالف نظام و فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام به تحمل ششماه حبس تعزیری محکوم کرد
شاهین فضلی عصر روز دوشنبه بیست و یک شهریور سال ۱۳۹۰ خود را به زندان مرکزی تبریز معرفی کرده است
