Three months has passed since the arrest of Baha’i citizens in connection to the distant education university and they are still held in prison limbo.
According to the Human Rights House of Iran, the security forces raided the residence of many Baha’i citizens systematically and detained them after searching their houses and confiscating some of their belongings. Several of the detainess have been released on bail but 7 are still in incarcerated.
Amin Zibaei, Vahid Mahmoudi, Farhad Sedghi, Mahmoud Badavam, Kamran Mortezaei, Riaz Sobhani and Noushin Khadem have been in prison limbo for 3 months.
They have been charged with acting against national security and are held in Evin Prison.

به گزارش «خانه حقوق بشر ایران» در تاریخ یکم خرداد ۱۳۹۰ مامورین امنیتی در برنامهای سیستماتیک با هجوم به منازل دهها شهروند بهایی در تعدادی از شهرهای کشور، ضمن تفتیش کامل منزل و ضبط وسائل شخصی، اقدام به بازداشت گستردهی این افراد کردند. به نحوی که بعد از گذشت حدود یکماه، تعدادی از این افراد با قرار وثیقه آزاد شده، اما ۷ نفر از شهروندان بهایی همچنان در حبس باقی ماندند
رامین زیبایی، وحید محمودی، فرهاد صدقی، محمود بادوام، کامران مرتضایی، ریاض سبحانی و نوشین خادم افرادی هستند که حدود سه ماه در زندان اوین محبوس بوده و همچنان در وضعیت بلاتکلیفی به سر میبرند
لازم به ذکر است که اتهام این افراد “اقدام علیه امنیت ملی” عنوان شده است و تمامی ایشان در زندان اوین حضور دارند
