As International Workers’ Day approaches, the Islamic Republic judiciary has announced the trial dates for a number of detained members of Tehran’s Vahed public transit drivers union.
Gholamreza Gholamhosseini, Morteza Kamsari, Ali Akbar Nazari and Reza Shahabi are four labour activists and union members who will all stand trial within the next month.
Gholamhosseini is a union activist who was arrested last November and transferred to Rejaishahr Prison in Karaj. According to opposition media, interrogators have tortured Gholamhosseini to extract certain confessions.
Gholamhosseini was previously arrested in 2005 during widespread strikes and protests by public transit drivers. He was released after several weeks in Evin Prison and suspended from work for more than four years.
Kamsari another Vahed Union Member, was also arrested last November and is currently out on bail. He too had been previously detained during the 2005 protests and suspended from work for over a year.
Nazari, a Vahed transit driver, had a similar experience during the 2005 protests and was suspended from work for four years. He was arrested last November in a wave of labour activist arrests.
Shahabi, an executive member of the Vahed Transit Union, was arrested last June at his workplace and is now reportedly in ill health. Last November he went on a hunger strike to protest prison conditions and was transferred to hospital after 16 days. His plight triggered concern and immediate calls for his release from human rights organizations.
Mansour Osanlou and Ebrahim Madadi are two other labour activists currently serving out prison sentences in Iran.

تاریخ محاکمه اعضای سندیکای کارگران شرکت واحد مشخص شد
در آستانه روز کارگر تاریخ محاکمه غلامرضا غلامحسینی، مرتضی کمساری، علیاکبر نظری و رضا شهابی مشخص شد
بنا بر اطلاعیهای که سندیکای کارگران شرکت واحد اتوبوسرانی تهران و حومه منتشر کرده است، تاریخ محاکمه اعضای زندانی این سندیکا تعیین گردید
بر اساس این اطلاعیه غلامرضا غلامحسینی در تاریخ ۲۱ اردیبهشت ۱۳۹۰ در دادسرای شهریار محاکمه خواهد شد و دادگاه مرتضی کمساری و علیاکبر نظری در روز ۳۱ اردیبهشت ۱۳۹۰ در دادسرای کارکنان دولت برگزار میشود
همچنین دادگاه رضا شهابی عضو هیأت مدیره سندیکای کارگران شرکت واحد اتوبوسرانی تهران و حومه نیز در تاریخ در تاریخ ۴ خرداد ۱۳۹۰ برگزار خواهد شد
غلامرضا غلامحسینی، فعال سندیکایی، در تاریخ ۱۲ آبانماه سال ۱۳۸۹ بازداشت و سپس به زندان رجاییشهر کرج منتقل گردید. در روزهای پس از دستگیری وی، تارنماهای مخالفان حکومت ایران از «شکنجههای جسمی و روحی» او توسط بازجویان برای اعترافگیری خبر دادند
او در جریان اعتصابات و اعتراضات گسترده کارکنان شرکت واحد تهران در سال ٨۴ دستگیر و چند هفته در زندان اوین در بازداشت بهسر برد و نزدیک به چهار سال از کار تعلیق شد
مرتضی کمساری عضو دیگر سندیکای کارگران شرکت واحد نیز روز دوم آذرماه سال ۱۳۸۹ و به دنبال مراجعه به دادسرای اوین بازداشت شد. وی چهارشنبه شب هشتم دیماه سال گذشته به قید کفالت از زندان اوین آزاد گردید
مرتضی کمساری پیش از این نیز در دیماه سال ۸۴ و به دستور قاضی سعید مرتضوی، دادستان وقت تهران، به دلیل فعالیتهای صنفی بازداشت و از کار تعلیق، و در نهایت در بهمنماه سال ۸۵ از هیأت تشخیص اداره کار شرق تهران رأی بازگشت به کار دریافت کرده بود
علیاکبر نظری راننده خط واحد، ۹ آذرماه پس از احضار به دادسرای زندان اوین دستگیر و به این زندان و سپس زندان قزلحصار منتقل گردید
وی نیز در جریان اعتصابات و اعتراضات کارکنان شرکت واحد در سال ۱۳۸۴ دستگیر و مدتی را در زندان اوین در بازداشت بهسر برد او سپس به مدت ۴ سال از کار تعلیق شد و از حقوق و مزایای کاری محروم بود تا اینکه در آبانماه سال گذشته اداره کار رأی بر بازگشت بهکار وی را صادر نمود و از آن زمان مشغول به کار شد
رضا شهابی، عضو هیئت مدیره سندیکای کارگران شرکت واحد تهران و حومه، در ۲۲ خردادماه ۸۹ در محل کار خود بازداشت شد. وی در بند ۲۰۹ زندان اوین است
رضا شهابی که در این مدت بارها خبر وضعیت نامناسب جسمانی او در زندان منتشر شد و حتا قرار وثیقه ۶۰ میلیون تومانی برای آزادی وی صادر گردید، از تاریخ ۱۳ آذرماه سال گذشته دست به اعتصاب غذای خشک زد و پس از گذشت هفت روز از اعتصاب غذا به بیمارستان منتقل گردید. وی در تاریخ ۲۹ آذر به اعتصاب غذای خود پایان داد
سازمان عفو بینالملل دو روز پس از دستگیری شهابی، در تاریخ ۲۴ خردادماه ۸۹ با ابراز نگرانی شدید از وضعیت وی خواهان آزادی هر چه سریعتر او شد
منصور اسالو و ابراهیم مددی دو تن دیگر از رهبران سندیکای کارگران شرکت واحد اتوبوسرانی تهران و حومه هستند که هماکنون در زندان رجاییشهر کرج دوران محکومیت خود را طی میکنند

The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod’s. It works well, but isn’t as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that’s not an issue, but if you’re planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod’s larger screen and better browser may be important.
