Workers from the Shiraz Meat Industrial Complex gathered in protest in front of the governor’s office today, a move that coincided with Mahmoud Ahmadinejad’s trip to Shiraz for the launch of new industrial projects.
Sobh-e Omid website reports that 107 workers were laid off from the Meat Industrial Complex last year without receiving their pension and severance payments. According to the report, the workers’ demands total 27-million-dollars. They reportedly tried to move their protest close to where Ahmadinejad was giving a speech but they were pushed back by security forces. The report adds that numerous industries in Fars province have undergone financial distress since Ahmadinejad’s administration came to power almost six years ago, and he has been greeted by worker protests during several of his trips to Shiraz. In recent weeks, labour protests have also been reported in Tehran and Tabriz. ILNA reported that 1,800 workers at Tabriz Petrochemical Construction Complex have been staging demonstrations at the plant since last Thursday, demanding job security, benefits and better pay. Saham News reported similar protests in Tehran’s Kian Tyre Factory.

تجمع اعتراضی کارگران در شیراز
همزمان با سفر محمود احمدینژاد به شیراز، کارگران مجتمع صنعتی گوشت صبح امروز دوشنبه ١۶ اسفند مقابل استانداری فارس تجمع کردند
احمدینژاد امروز برای افتتاح چند طرح صنعتی و شرکت در همایش صنعت و معدن به شیراز سفر کرده بود
به گزارش تارنمای صبح امید، ۱۰۷ نفر از کارگران مجتمع صنعتی گوشت فارس در حالی از اسفند ۱۳۸۸ از کار اخراج شدهاند که تاکنون حق سنوات آنها پرداخت نشده و بازنشستگیشان نیز برقرار نشده است
بر اساس این گزارش مطالبات فعلی این کارگران بیش از ۲۷ میلیارد ریال است
تارنمای صبح امید افزوده: کارگران مجتمع صنعتی گوشت همچنین در نزدیکی تالار سخنرانی احمدینژاد با در دست داشتن پلاکاردها تجمع کرده بودند که نیروهای امنیتی آنها را مجبور به ترک محل کردند
بنا بر این گزارش پس از آغاز به کار دولت احمدی نژاد از سال ۱۳۸۴ صنایع متعددی در استان فارس دچار مشکل شدهاند و امنیت شغلی تعداد زیادی از کارگران در معرض خطر قرار گرفته، به گونهای که در سومین سفر استانی احمدینژاد به شیراز، کارگران صنایع بحرانی فارس تنها میزبانان او در ورزشگاه حافظیه بودند که با در دست داشتن پلاکاردهایی همچون “ما همچنان گرسنهایم” و “ما کارگران را به سرمایهداران خون آشام فروختهاند”، به استقبال او رفته بودند
همچنین در یک هفته گذشته کارگران در تهران و تبریز تجمعات اعترضی برپا کردهاند

بنا به این گزارش، کارگران مجتمع پتروشیمی تبریز همچنین خواهان افزایش دستمزد متناسب با رشد تورم و افزایش قیمت کالاها و خدمات و برخورداری از امکانات رفاهی و بیمه شدهاند
ایلنا افزوده: مجتمع پتروشیمی تبریز که جزو ١٠٠ شرکت برتر ایران در سال مالی ۱۳۸۸ قرار دارد، بر اساس شاخصهای مالی همان سال، از سوی سازمان مدیریت صنعتی ایران به عنوان سومین شرکت بزرگ و برتر اقتصادی منطقه
همچنین تارنمای سحامنیوز خبر داده که اعتراضات کارگران کارخانه کیان تایر که از مدتی پیش آغاز شده بود، همچنان ادامه دارد
همچنین بر اساس گزارش منابع حقوق بشری، کارگران این کارخانه چند روز است که با تجمع درون کارخانه، نصب پارچه نوشتههای اعتراضی به نردههای بیرونی کارخانه، روشن کردن آتش و سر دادن شعار، اعتراض خود را نشان میدهند
بر اساس این گزارش، شعارهایی چون مرگ بر ستمگر و مرگ بر دروغگو از جمله شعارهای کارگران معترض بوده و آنها کماکان با حضور در حاشیه بزرگراه آیتالله سعیدی در منطقه چهاردانگه (جنوب غرب تهران) از رانندگان خودروهای عبوری درخواست میکردند که با به صدا در آوردن بوق اتومبیلهای خود با آنها همراهی کنند، که به گفته شاهدان، بسیاری از رانندگان به این درخواست عمل میکردند
تأمین امنیت شغلی برای همه کارگران، برپایی تشکل مستقل کارگری، توقف اخراج کارگران، لغو کار کودکان، آزادی کارگران زندانی از جمله مطالبات تجمعهای کارگران در ایران است
