A member of Children Rights advocate, said: “the result of temporary marriage in accordance with the Family Protection Act has been nothing but unsafe and unhealthy children and humiliated mothers.”
During the last monthly meeting of the Association to support children’s rights Shiva Dolatabadi stated: ” based on women psychology, the sense of uniqueness is the most important feeling which is associated with psychological security in women. ”
She added: “Family Protection Act authorizes temporary marriage which takes the uniqueness sense away from women therefor an unsafe, humiliated and misunderstood mothers whom always see themselves in a close competition are the result of this act. THese mothers naturally can not play the essential role of a mother towards their children, because their relationship is easily questioned.”
According to a member supporting the rights of children, “victims of temporary marriage in the country are psychologically unhealthy children, whom were raised in unstable environment; also these children can not put either parent as a role model because the fathers are given the rights to easily take the stability out of the family.”

وی افزود: «لایحه حمایت از خانواده با مجاز دانستن ازدواج موقت و چندهمسری حس یگانه بودن را زیر سئوال میبرد بنابراین مادر ناایمن، تحقیرشده، فهمیده نشده و مادری که هر زمان شاهد فراموش شدن هویتش در یک ارتباط تنگاتنگ است، نمیتواند در قبال کودک خود نیز به درستی ایفای نقش کند، چرا که یگانگیاش در اساسیترین ارتباط که همان رابطه زناشویی است به راحتی با ده شرط زیر سئوال میرود

این روانشناس در پایان گفت: «باوجود آنکه اعلام میشود بهشت زیر پای مادران است، اما معلوم نیست که با وجود چنین تدابیری در لایحه و قوانین چه زمانی قرار است که این بهشت به مادران داده شود
