Higher Islamic Council Association Board member in Tehran has reported of 40 percent increase of production workers.

Ali Dehghan Kia also stated: “More than 90 percent of productive units transferred to the private sector are at risk of bankruptcy.”

While criticizing the policies of reformed labor law he added: “Labor Law project has been followed on reducing unemployment while uncontrollable importation and smuggling of Chinese goods has been the number one cause for unemployment.”

He also reported a five to six billion dollar rate for import and noted: “every billion dollar smuggles good entering the country is responsible for unemployment of 25 thousand workers in Iran.”

While referring to the increasing number of unemployment Dehghan Kia added: “at the approval time of Labor Law 95 percent of workers in Iran had been working on productive units on formal contracts, while since then the figure has been decreased to less than 20 percent.”

افزایش 40 درصدی اخراج کارگران و ورشکستگی 90 درصد از واحدهای تولیدی

عضو هیات مدیره کانون عالی شوراهای اسلامی کار استان تهران از افزایش 40 درصدی حجم اخراج کارگران از واحدهای تولیدی کشور خبر داد

علی دهقان کیا ضمن اعلام این خبر گفت: بیش از 90 درصد از واحدهای تولیدی واگذار شده به بخش خصوصی در معرض ورشکستگی قرار دارند

وی با انتقاد از اعمال سیاست طرح اصلاح قانون کار در مجلس گفت: طرح اصلاح قانون کار با هدف کاهش نرخ بیکاری در حالی پیگیری می‌شود که یکی از علت های اصلی نرخ بیکاری واردات بی رویه و قاچاق کالای چینی به داخل کشوراست

این مقام مسئول از واردات پنج تا شش میلیارد دلار کالای قاچاق به داخل کشور خبرداد و یاد آور شد: ورود هر یک میلیارد دلار کالای قاچاق موجب بیکاری 25 هزارکارگر در ایران می‌شود

دهقان کیا در ادامه با اشاره به افزایش تعداد کارگران قراردادی گفت: در زمان تصویب قانون کار 95 درصد از کارگران به صورت قرارداد رسمی در واحدهای تولیدی ایران فعالیت می‌کردند، در حالیکه این رقم به کمتر از 20 درصد تنزل یافته است
