The political Prisoners in Evin Prison Section 30 have been on hunger strike for the past two week, while ending their strike, said: “We continue on insisting for our human rights as it is the primary right of a prisoner.”
This message concludes: ” We now with great respect for the great Leader of the Green movement, Mir Hossein Mousavi and others such as Mehdi Karoubi, Ayatollah Bayat Zanjani, Zahra Rahnavard, Abdollah Nouri, Ezzatollay Sahabi, Ahmad Sadr Haj Seyedjavadi, Habibollah Payman, Ebrahim Yazdi and … every single one of the green movement freinds, end our hunger strike.”
They have added:”we hope that Tehran’s Prosecutor and other officials based on their promises will act on our five demands. We consider and accepted freeing Babak Bordbars as a sign of Tehran Prosecutor’s determination in implementing our other legal and legitimate demands and hope as mentioned by the Prosecution Representatives that legal actions will be taken against the abuse and insult being shown towards the Political Prisoners by the delinquent Officers, to execute the Rights contained in the Prisons Regulations as soon as possible.”
At the end these prisoners have said: “We appreciate the support of the Green Movement’s leaders, political parties, media, political and social activists, students, journalists and all those inside and outside of the country who have sent our voice and our struggling families to Iran and the world.”
These political prisoners in Evin Prison have protested against the Prison Guards behaviours, restricting and creating complications in meeting with their families, went on hunger strike for more than two weeks.
The prisoners of Evin Section 350 had five demands to be implemented in order to end their hunger strike:
1. Full respect of the Prisoners’ Rights
2. Legal dealings with prison offenders
3. Increased space per capita (each solitary cell barely fits a person or many are in one cell)
4. Immediate release of Babak Bordbar
5. Full and immediate implementation of laws related to prisoners

زندانیان سیاسی: به احترام رهبران جنبش، به اعتصاب غذا پایان میدهیم
زندانیان سیاسی بند ۳۵۰ زندان اوین که بیش از دو هفته است در اعتصاب غذا به سر بردند، با اعلام پایان اعتصاب غذای خود گفتهاند: «ما همچنان برخواسته های بر حق خود که حقوق انسانی و اولیه یک زندانی است پافشاری می کنیم.»
در این پیام آمده است: «ما اینک به احترام همراه بزرگ جنبش سبز میرحسین موسوی و دیگر شخصیت های جنبش مهدی کروبی، آیت الله بیات زنجانی، زهرا رهنورد، عبدالله نوری، عزت الله سحابی، احمد صدر حاج سیدجوادی، حبیب الله پیمان، ابراهیم یزدی و … تک تک یاران جنبش سبز به اعتصاب غذای خود پایان می دهیم
آنها افزودهاند: «ما امیدواریم دادستان تهران و دیگر مسوولان به وعده های خود مبنی بر تحقق خواسته های پنج گانه ما عمل کنند .آزادی بابک بردبار را ما به عنوان نشانه ای از عزم دادستان تهران در تحقق سایر خواسته های قانونی و برحق خود پذیرفتیم و امیدواریم همچنان که نمایندگان دادستان به ما گفته اند ضمن برخورد قانونی با ماموران خاطی که به زندانیان سیاسی توهین کرده اند ،حقوق مندرج در آیین نامه سازمان زندانها را هرچه زودتر اجرایی کنند
این زندانیان در پایان گفتهاند: «ما از پشتیبانی رهبران جنبش سبز، احزاب و گروههای سیاسی ،رسانه ها،کنشگران سیاسی و اجتماعی، دانشجویان، روزنامه نگاران و همه کسانی که در داخل و خارج از کشور در این مدت صدای ما و خانواده مبارزمان را به گوش ایران و جهان رسانده اند ،قدردانی می کنیم
این زندانیان سیاسی زندان اوین در اعتراض به رفتار زندانبانان و ایجاد محدودیت و مانعتراشی در ملاقات با خانوادههایشان بیش از دو هفته دست به اعتصاب غذا زده بودند
رعایت کامل حقوق زندانیان، برخورد با خاطیان، افزایش فضای سرانه، اجرای فوری و کامل قوانین مرتبط با زندانیان و آزادی فوری بابک بردبار، پنج خواسته زندانیان بند ۳۵۰ اوین برای پایان دادن به اعتصاب غذا اعلام شده بود
