Ministry Committee has adopted new bylaws under which the executive agencies must refrain from employing individuals whom have drugs, alcohol and tobacco addiction.
It is said this bylaw was passed for better management of state laws, demanding physical and mental health examine of all individuals applying for new positions.
According to the bylaw management can determine the competence and ability of all individuals through scientific tests, technical interviews as well as medical examinations.
Also in case of any possible refrains or problems with this routine, the Medical Council of the state’s university has been set as the determining committee.
These Regulations, does not concern concern war disabled veterans as long as the Foundation for martyrs and veterans welfare recognize that veteran’s disabilities will not hinder with their work.
Lawyer Mahmoud Alizadeh Tabatabai in an interview with 60 Minutes program of BBC, said this bylaw has no binding legal regulation and the government can not refrain any individuals due to their smoking habits.

هیئت وزیران آییننامه جدیدی را به تصویب رساند که بر اساس آن دستگاههای اجرایی موظفند از استخدام داوطلبانی که دارای اعتیاد به مواد مخدر، الکل و دخانیات هستند ممانعت به عمل آورند
این آییننامه که گفته میشود در جهت اجرای قانون مدیریت کشوری به تصویب رسید، خواستار سنجش سلامت جسمانی و روانی داوطلبان استخدام در پست مورد نظر است
طبق این آییننامه دستگاههای اجرایی می توانند صلاحیت و توانایی انجام کار داوطلبانی که برای آن استخدام می شوند از طریق آزمون علمی،مصاحبه تخصصی و معاینات پزشکی احراز کنند
همچنین در صورت بروز مشکل و اعتراض داوطلبان استخدام، مرجع نهایی رسیدگی به توانایی جسمی و روانی انجام کار، شورای پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی استان مربوط است
این آیین نامه، استخدام جانبازان و معلولان به شرط آنکه بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران و سازمان بهزیستی، تشخیص دهند که جانبازی و معلولیت مانع از ماموریت کاری آنها نیست را بلامانع دانست
محمود علیزاده طباطبایی وکیل دادگستری در مصاحبه ای به برنامه 60 دقیقه بی بی سی فارسی گفت این آیین نامه مستند قانونی ندارد و دولت نمی تواند کسی را به دلیل سیگاری بودن از حق استخدام محروم کند

This is getting a bit more subjective, but I much prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like ‘Mixview’ that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you’re listening to. Clicking on one of those will center on that item, and another set of “neighbors” will come into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune “Social” is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.
