A Balouchi youth who was kidnapped by agents of the Ministry of Intelligence seven months ago is at risk of being executed.
Mohammad Saber Malek Raisi, who is fifteen and hails from Sarbaz, is accused of working with an anti-government organization. Intelligence agents have been putting pressure on Mohammad Saber Malek Raisi in an effort to force him to confess to working with the anti-government organization Jundallah.
The intelligence agents have contacted Mohammad’s family informing them of plans to execute him if they are not told of his older brother’s whereabouts. Mohammad Saber Malek Raisi’s older brother is a member of the Jundallah organization. It is reported that there have been no official charges filed against Mohammad Saber Malek Raisi or sentence handed down by the judiciary.

ماموران امنیتی محمد صابر ملک را تحت فشار قرار داده اند تا به ارتباط با یک گروه معاند نظام به نام جندالله اعتراف نماید، آن ها هم چنین در تماس با خانواده وی از ایشان خواسته اند در صورت عدم معرفی برادر بزرگ وی که در گروه جندالله عضویت دارد وی را اعدام خواهند کرد.
شایان ذکر است، مسئولان قضایی علی رغم گذشت هفت ماه از بازداشت این زندانی، تاکنون هیچ حکمی ائم از قرار بازداشت موقت یا حکم دادگاه، برای وی صادر نکرده اند
