RAHANA- Abolfazl Ghasemi, a law trainee holds an M.A. in Public Law from Allameh Tabatabei University, was arrested on December 27, 2009 during Ashura clashes at Enghelab Sq in Tehran, later transferred to Evin prison.
On April 22, 2010 it was reported that Judge Moghiseh in branch 28 of the revolutionary court had sentenced Ghasemi to 3 years in prison on charge of propaganda against the system, collusion and community to disrupt the national security and insulting the Leader. This verdict was upheld at the appeals stage by the branch 54 of the revolutionary court.
Abolfazl Ghasemi is currently detained in ward 350 of Evin prison.

هم اکنون ابوالفضل قاسمی در بند ۳۵۰ زندان اوین به سر می برد
