RAHANA – On June 19, Godeleh Sazi workers continued their picket outside the main gate of the complex and asked the management to address their demands. The workers demanded to meet with the CEO, Mohammad Jalal Mo’ab, who is currently on a trip to Tehran.
According to a RAHANA reporter, there were altercations between the 400 striking workers and some of the factory managers. A number of workers were injured during the clashes after being beaten by the factory’s guards. There is still no information on the number or condition of the injured workers.
There are also reports that the city’s security officials held an emergency meeting this afternoon.
The strike started on June 14, after the announcement of the results of the hiring exams of the company in which only 40 of the 500 workers had passed.
The striking workers have been employed for the last 5 years on a contract basis to launch the complex; however after the complex was inaugurated by Ahmadinejad in April, they were told that they would be replaced by new workers who had passed the hiring exams. The situation became critical when it was announced that only 40 among the current workers had been qualified for hiring.
The workers went on strike on June 14, and on June 16 they started holding daily gatherings outside the governor’s office.
One worker told RAHANA, “We have not received any convincing answers from the city officials; therefore we will continue our strike until we receive a meaningful answer to our demands.”
Talking on condition of anonymity, the worker said that the city’s intelligence and administrative authorities held a meeting with 3 representatives of the striking workers, “Not only did they fail to address the demands of the workers, but they also tried to intimidate the 3 representatives during the meeting.
In the past few days, the city’s intelligence authorities have repeatedly contacted the local newspapers, ordering them not to cover the news of the strike.
An informed source told RAHANA, that the sensitivity shown by intelligence authorities over the strike is because the complex was opened by Ahmadinejad 2 months ago and the authorities believe that the news would lead to the weakening of the government’s image.
One striking worker, however, dismisses that the strike is politically motivated and say, “We are not involved in politics. Our only demand is to keep our jobs. Who is going to answer our families, should we lose our job?”
An eyewitness told RAHANA, the 3 representatives left in protest after their demands were not addressed during the meeting with the city authorities. The gathering outside the governor’s office did not continue on Saturday, but the workers continued to be on strike.

ششمین روز اعتصاب کارگران در سیرجان

رهانا: کارگران اعتصاب کننده ظهر امروز در محل درب اصلی شرکت گل گهر اعتصاب شان را ادامه دادند و خواستار پاسخ گویی مسوولان این شرکت شدند. این کارگران در حالی خواستار حضور محمد جلال ماب مدیرعامل گل گهر در جمع خود بودند که وی هم اکنون در تهران بسر می برد

به گزارش خبرنگار رهانا، کارگران معترض که شمارشان نزدیک به ۴۰۰نفر اعلام شده است با برخی از مدیران گل گهر درگیری فیزیکی پیدا کردند در این زدوخوردها برخی نیروهای «حفاظت فیزیکی شرکت گل گهر» به ضرب و شتم کارگران معترض پرداختند. از وضعیت مجروحین احتمالی خبری در دست نیست

گزارش ها همچنین حاکی از ان است که شورای تامین این شهرستان عصر امروز جلسه ای اضطراری برگزار کرده است

۴۰۰کارگر مجتمع گندله‌سازی گل‌گهر سیرجان (واقع در غرب استان کرمان) که از روز دوشنبه هفته گذشته بر سرکار خود حاضرنشده اند همچنان در اعتراض به اعلام نتایج آزمون استخدامی، در اعتصاب به سر می‌برند

این کارگران در پنج سال گذشته ‌به عنوان نیروی کار پیمانکار مجری احداث و راه‌اندازی گندله سازی فعالیت کرده‌اند اما از فروریدن ماه و پس از افتتاح این مجتمع از سوی محمود احمدی‌نژاد به آنان اعلام شد که باید کار خود را ترک کنند تا نیروهای جدیدی که از طریق آزمون جذب شده‌اند؛ جایگزین‌شان شوند

این مساله زمانی موجب بحرانی شدن اوضاع شد که از میان نیروهای فعلی تنها ۴۰کارگر در آزمون استخدامی پذیرفته شدند

اعتصاب کارگران که از دوشنبه ۲۴ خرداد آغاز شده است با تجمع آنان در روزهای چهارشنبه، پنج شنبه و جمعه در مقابل فرمانداری سیرجان، ادامه یافت

یکی از کارگران اعتصاب کننده در خصوص دلایل تداوم اعتصاب کارگران گفت: «مسوولان شهرستان جواب قانع کننده‌ای به ما نداده‌اند و به همین دلیل تا زمان دریافت جواب قانع کننده به اعتصاب ادامه می‌دهیم

او که خواست نامش فاش نشود، با اشاره به جلسه مسوولان امنیتی و اجرایی شهرستان سیرجان با سه تن از نمایندگان کارگران افزود: «متاسفانه در این جلسات کارگران فقط تهدید شده‌اند وهیچ راه حل عملی‌ای از سوی مسوولان اعلام نشد

در چند روز گذشته  مسوولان امنیتی شهرستان سیرجان طی تماس های مکرر با نشریات محلی این شهر از مسوولان نشریات خواسته‌اند تا خبر اعتصاب و تجمع کارگران را پوشش ندهند

به گفته یک منبع آگاه «حساسیت مسوولان نهادهای امنیتی نسبت به اعتصاب و تجمع کارگران به این دلیل صورت می‌گیرد که تنها دو ماه از افتتاح مجتمع گندله سازی به دست رییس جمهوری می‌گذرد و مسوولان استدلالشان این است که این خبر موجب تضعیف دولت می‌شود

درهمین حال یکی از کارگران معترض با رد هر گونه انگیزه سیاسی در حرکت اعتراضی کارگران می‌گوید: «ما کاری به سیاست نداریم. تنها خواسته‌ ما این است که شغل‌مان را از دست‌ ندهیم، اگر بیکار شویم چه کسی جواب خانواده‌های‌مان را می‌دهد؟

اظهارات شاهدان عینی حاکی از آن است که تجمع کارگران معترض در مقابل فرماندرای شهرستان سیرجان با حاشیه هایی همراه بوده است

به گفته یک شاهد عینی نمایندگان کارگران معترض به دلیل عدم توافق با مسوولان به حالت اعتراض، جلسه را ترک کرده‌اند. هر چند کارگران معترض از صبح شنبه تجمع نداشته‌اند اما همچنان به اعتصاب خود ادامه داده‌اند
