Reza Ekvanian, Poet and Blogger, was sentenced to six years of prison by the Revolutionary Court Yassuj.
According to Hrana reporters, Reza Ekvanian, a former member of Human Rights Activists in Iran and a member of One Million Signatures Campaign was sentenced 1 year non-suspended and 5 years suspended prison term for insulting the President and Leader of IRI in his Weblog, participating in Tehran’s protests and gatherings and communicating with foreigners via news and reports.
Let it be noted that Mr. Reza Ekvanian, 25 years old from the city of Dehdasht and lives in Yassuj, was detained on the 13th of Bahman of last year by the Ministry of Intelligent Agents with two of his relatives and has been undergoing physical and emotional tortures.

لازم به ذکر است آقای رضا اکوانیان 25 ساله و اهل شهرستان دهدشت، ساکن یاسوج در 13 بهمن ماه سال گذشته توسط ماموران وزارت اطلاعات و به همراه دو تن از اقوام خود بازداشت و مورد شکنجه های روحی و جسمی قرار گرفته بود.
