Tajzadeh, Soleimani and Mirdamadi sentenced to 6 year imprisonment and 10 years deprivation from participating in press and parties

Mostafa Tajzadeh, Davoud Soleimani and Mohsen Mirdamadi have been charged with participation in protests, conspiracy against national security and propaganda against the regime based on articles 500 and 610 of Islamic law. They have been sentenced to total of 6 year imprisonment and have been deprived from participating in press and parties for 10 years based on article 19 of Islamic law.

According to Aftab News, these charges have been issued by the head of branch 15 of Revolutionary Court of Tehran and can be reviewed by Tehran’s appeal court. Aftab News added: branch 54 of Tehran appeal court reduced the charges of “Soheil Mohammadi” accused with participation in last year riots, to 3 year imprisonment. He previously was sentenced to 4 year imprisonment based on articles 500 and 610 of Islamic law by branch 28 of Tehran Revolutionary Court.
