بامداد روز دوشنبه ماموران فرودگاه امام خمینى با گرفتن گذرنامه پرستو فروهر، فرزند داریوش و پروانه فروهر مانع خروج وى از ایران شدند.پرستو فروهر که ساکن آلمان است براى برگزارى مراسم یادبود قتل پدر و مادرش به تهران آمده بود.
داریوش و پروانه فروهر، از فعالان سرشناس سیاسى در ایران، اول آذرماه سال ۱۳۷۷ در منزلشان در تهران به دست آنچه مأموران خودسر وزارت اطلاعات جمهورى اسلامى ایران معرفى شد، به قتل رسیدند.قتل این دو سرآغازیک سلسله قتل‌هاى روشنفکران ایران بود که بعدها به نام قتلهاى زنجیره اى معروف شد.ماموران فرودگاه به پرستو فروهر گفته اند که براى دریافت گذرنامه خود باید به مقام هاى امنیتى مراجعه کند.
Early Monday morning, officials at Imam Khomeini Airport confiscated the passport of Parastoo Foroohar, the daughter of Dariush and Parvaneh Foroohar, preventing her from leaving the country.
Parastou Forouhar, who currently resides in Germany, had come to Tehran for the memorial of her mother and father’s murder.
Dariush and Parvaneh Forouhar, prominent political activists in Iran, were murdered in their home in Tehran in December 1998 by individuals who were referred to by the regime as ‘rogue’ agents of the IRI’s Information Ministry.
The assassination of these two activists set off a series of murders of intellectuals that later became known as the “chain murders”.
Airport officials have told Parastoo Forouhar that she must refer to security officials to reclaim her passport.

The police are scattered from Ferdowsi Square to Enghelab Square, especially surrounding Tehran university, and from Tohid intersection to Sharif university. These groups are highly equipped with various weapons and have given the Enghelab and Azadi streets a military base-like appearance. It is interesting to note that the BRT bus passengers have been filming and photographing this militarized environment while also discussing the situation amongst one other, calling the regime a coward that is “afraid of its own shadow”. One bus driver said he has been told there is a chance that the bus lane on Enghelab St. to Azadi St. will be closed down today.

Numerous police vehicles, particularly those used for arrests (popularly called cages), have been spotted on Fakhr Razi St, University St., 12 Farvardin St. and Ordibehesht St. All the streets leading to the university are occupied by police guards and black uniformed officers.

دانشگاه تهران در محاصره کامل قرار دارد و بیش از 1000 نفر از نیروهای سرکوبگر گارد ویژه و سپاه پاسداران مستقر کرده اند که دائم بر تعداد آنها افزوده می شود. آنها پیاده روهای مقابل دانشگاه تهران را با نردهای فلزی بسته اند که کسی نتواند تردد کند. ابتدا مقابل درب ورودی دانشگاه سه دستگاه اتوبوس متوقف کردند که مانع دید مردم در درون دانشگاه شوند و پس از مدتی اتوبوسها را از آنجا برداشته شد و بجای آن پارچه های سفید نصب کردند که بر آن نوشته های که به مناسبت عید غدیر دیده می شود نصب کردند . هدف از نصب این پارچه های سفید مانع دید مردم به درون دانشگاه و مشاهده اعتراضات دانشجویان است.
Tehran University is completely surrounded, with over 1,000 (and growing) officers of the oppressive anti-riot police and revolutionary guards stationed there. They have closed down the pedestrian walkways across Tehran University with metal fences to prevent movements in and out of the university. They initially placed three buses in front of the university’s entrance in order to block people’s view of inside the campus, and later replaced the buses with a long and extended white scroll containing writings related to Eid-e Ghadir. Their objective in placing this scroll is to block the public’s view of the students’ protests inside the university.

Around midnight last night, a large contingency of the government’s despotic forces were stationed in different areas, especially in central Tehran and particularly in the vicinity of different universities and colleges. Enghelab Sq Is filled with the agents of the supreme leader, both on foot and in vehicles.
Many people are moving around Enghelab Square, and are not permitted to stop. The response of government forces has been brutally violent.

Students are gathered in front of the university mosque and are ready for the start of the demonstration. There is an event planned at the Polytech College for 12pm. Severe security arrangements have been made by government agents, such as stacking up sacks, surrounding the campus and creating a military siege, but students are resolute in their plans to hold the ceremony.

از طرفی دیگر نیروهای سرکوبگر اقدام به بستن مغازهای خیابان انقلااب نمودند .علیرغم اینکه مغازه داران مجبور به بستن مغازه های خود شدند ولی حاضر به ترک محل نیستند و در کنار مغازه های خود هستند .همچنین تعداد زیادی از مردم در خیابان انقلاب حضور دارند. نیروهای سرکوبگر جمهوری اسلامی به مردم اجازه ایستادن نمی دهند و مردم را مجبور به حرکت می کنند.
Meanwhile, the government forces have attempted to close down shops at Enqelab Sqr. Despite the fact that shopkeepers are forced to shut down, they are not willing to leave and continue to linger around their stores. Also, there are large numbers of people present at Engelab Sqr. The Supreme leader’s oppressive agents are not allowing people to stay and are forcing them to move around.

Public phone booths located around the universities are covered with black plastic bags and no one is permitted to use them. In addition to Student ID checking, the movement of individuals in and out of the university is strictly controlled by plain-clothes officers.
The Supreme Leader’s guards have occupied the vicinity of the university and all roads leading to the university are under surveillance. The guards also have an extensive presence around the central area of the university.

بیش از چهار صد نفر از مردم تهران حرکت اعتراضی خودر از میدان ولی عصر آغاز کردند. جوانان با سر دادن شعارهایی مانند ؛ خامنه ای قاتله ولایتش باطله/ مرگ بر خامنه ای و مرگ بر دیکتاتور به حرکت اعتراضی خود ادامه دادند. حوالی چهار راه دانشجو نیروهای سرکوبگر به تظاهرات مردم با باتون یورش بردند و مردم را مورد ضرب و جرح قرار دادند. در حال حاضر جوانان در دسته های مختلف در حال سر دادن شعار هستند. اعتراضات در حال گسترش به نقاط دیگر تهران می باشد.
More than 400 people have started their protest from Vali-Asr Square. The youths lead the demonstration by chanting slogans such as “Khamenei is a murderer, his Jurisprudence is illegitimate” , “Death to Khameini”, and “Down with the Dictator”. Around the Daneshjoo intersection, the government forces have responded to the protests by attacking the masses and beating them. Currently, young protesters are chanting their slogans in different groups. The demonstrations are spreading to other areas of Tehran.

از تردد مردم و بخصوص جوان از مقابل دانشگاه و یا در خیابانهای اطراف آن ممانعت می کنند و در موارد متعددی جوانان را متوقف می کنند و کارت شناسائی آنها را کنترل می کنند و تلفنهای همراه آنها را چک می کنند و در مواردی اقدام به ضبط تلفنهای همراه آنها می کنند.
The militia is preventing the movement of people, specially youth, around the university gates and the surrounding streets. They have been stopping people to check their identity cards and cell phones, which at times have been revoked.

In the city of Kerman, people have gathered in front of the university known as “Bahonar”, at the Agriculture, Electrical and Civil Engineering colleges, all the way to the university’s entrance gate. They are chanting: “The people of Iran, bring down the dictator!”, “We are all together” , and “Students don’t be afraid” and “Down with dictator!”

Some of the chants today were as follows: “Gaza and Lebanon weren’t enough, they’ve gone after Yemen”, “The chant of our people is religion should be separated from politics”, “Student is awake, s/he hates the dictator”, and “Mousavi is an excuse, the entire regime is the target”.
